Student Detail
The Student Detail page is your central hub for everything related to one specific student. It combines lesson history, notes management, and quick-action buttons in a single view. Access it from the Students list.
Lesson History
The main section displays a full history of lessons you have held with this student. Use the timeframe dropdown to narrow the view:
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last year
- All time
Lesson Notes from This Page
For each lesson listed, you will see an Add Notes button if no notes have been created yet. Click it to write and submit lesson notes for that session.
Note: Once a lesson has notes, the button shows the note count instead. Clicking it opens that lesson's notes, which remain editable until they are finalized and sent.
Quick Actions
At the top of the Student Detail page you will find shortcut buttons to:
- Message the student — opens a direct conversation in Messages without leaving the page.
- View all student notes — jumps to your private student notes about this student.
