Student Lesson History
The Student Lesson History page gives you a chronological record of every lesson you have held with a specific student. Use it to track progress, review what was covered, and manage lesson notes efficiently.
Viewing Lesson History
Navigate to a student from your Students page and open their detail view. The lesson history is displayed prominently, listing past lessons in order.
Use the timeframe dropdown to filter the lesson list:
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last year
- All time
This makes it easy to focus on recent sessions or get a complete picture of your relationship with the student.
Adding Lesson Notes from History
Each lesson row shows an Add notes button when no notes have been added for that lesson yet. Click it to compose and submit lesson notes directly from the history view.
Note: The Add notes button only appears for lessons that don't have notes yet — once a lesson has notes, the row shows the note count instead. Notes remain editable until they are finalized (sent after the lesson has started); finalized notes can no longer be edited.
