Understanding Your Payout Method
Tissimo uses Stripe Connect to handle all teacher payouts securely. Once you complete Stripe onboarding, your lesson earnings and available payout balance can be viewed from your financial page. You can choose from several payout options depending on your needs.
Setting Up Your Payout Account
Before you can receive any earnings, you need to complete Stripe onboarding. This process verifies your identity and connects your payout account.
- Open the payment setup flow — Tissimo will redirect you to Stripe's secure hosted form.
- Complete identity verification by providing your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid ID document.
- Accept Stripe's terms of service to finish setup.
- Add a payout method (bank account or debit card) from your Financial page — see Adding a Bank Account for Payouts.

Payout Options
Tissimo offers three payout options. The options available to you may depend on your account status and eligibility.
- Regular — funds arrive in approximately 1 to 3 business days, with a 0.25% + $0.25 fee per withdrawal. See Regular Payout.
- Standard — free, for balances of $500 or more, available once every two weeks to US-based teachers. See Standard Payout.
- Instant — funds arrive in approximately 30 minutes, with a 1% + $0.25 fee per withdrawal. Requires a supported debit card, and not all accounts qualify. See Instant Payout.
Checking Your Payout Status
You can view your pending and completed payouts in the Payout History section of your Financial page. Each entry shows the payout amount, method used, and status, and you can click an entry for full details including the expected arrival date.
