Viewing a Lesson Receipt
After every completed lesson, Tissimo generates a receipt that breaks down exactly how your payout was calculated. Receipts help you track your earnings and verify that your tier, bonuses, and lesson duration are all reflected correctly.
Where to Find Your Receipts
You can access your lesson receipts from your Financial page. Navigate to the Lessons taught list and select any completed lesson. The receipt opens with the full payment breakdown for that session.
- Go to your Financial page and scroll to the Lessons taught list.
- Locate the completed lesson you want to review.
- Click on the lesson to expand its details and view the receipt.
What the Receipt Shows
Each receipt includes the following information so you can see exactly how your earnings were calculated:
- Lesson duration — the actual time of the session.
- Hourly rate — the hourly rate set for the course.
- Service fee — the adjusted fee deducted from the lesson price.
- Tier bonus — a service-fee reduction based on your tier level.
- Bonuses applied — any price-per-hour or time-with-student bonuses that increased your payout.
- Final payout amount — the total you will receive for this lesson.
Understanding the Calculation
Your payout starts with the hourly rate multiplied by the lesson duration. Tissimo then deducts a service fee from this lesson price. Your tier and any active bonuses (price per hour or time with student) reduce that fee before the final amount is calculated.
If something looks incorrect on a receipt, double-check your tier status and the course price. You can also reach out to Tissimo support for clarification.
