Student Preview Row

On the Students page, each student is displayed in a row that gives you key information at a glance and quick access to common actions. To find a specific student quickly, use Search Your Students.

What Each Row Shows

• Student image — the student's profile photo
• Student name
• Number of lessons — total lessons completed with you
• Instrument or subject icon — the instrument or subject for the enrolled course
• Current student status — Active, Inactive, or Regular (for recurring students)
• Last lesson date — when you last taught this student
• Message button — opens a direct message to the student
• Lessons button — opens the Student Detail page

Actions from the Row

Message a Student

Click the message button to open a direct message conversation with that student. Type your message and click Send. This is a quick way to follow up after a lesson or answer a question without navigating to the Messages page.

View Student Details

Click the Lessons button or anywhere else on the row to open the Student Detail page. This page shows a full history of all lessons with that student, their notes, and more. To review the complete lesson history for a student, see Student Lesson History.
