Search Conversations

As you build up a student roster on Tissimo, you may find yourself managing many ongoing conversations. The search feature on the Messages page lets you quickly locate a specific conversation without scrolling through the full list.

How to Search Conversations

1. Open the Messages page.
2. Click the search bar at the top of the conversations panel.
3. Type the student's name.
4. The conversation list will filter in real time to show matching results.
5. Click on the conversation to open it.

Tips

• Search matches on the student's name and the most recent message text — make sure you're spelling the name correctly.
• If you manage a large number of students, searching by name is much faster than scrolling. You can also search your students directly from the Students page.
• The search field clears when you navigate away from the Messages page, so you will start fresh each time.
