Messages Overview

The Messages page is your communication hub on Tissimo. It allows you to stay in contact with enrolled students and, optionally, prospective students before they book their first lesson.

What You Can Do in Messages

• Search for conversations by student name
• Reply to messages in any active conversation
• Send and receive file attachments (up to 10 MB)
• Use emojis to add personality to your replies

Prospective Student Messaging

By default, prospective students can message you before booking their first lesson. You can change this in your Account Settings.

• Enabled: Prospective students can ask questions before booking a lesson
• Disabled: Students can only message you after booking

To adjust this setting, go to Account Settings > Teaching Policies > Prospective Student Messaging.
