Your feedback matters to us. Whether you have a suggestion for improvement, a compliment to share, or a concern to raise, we want to hear from you. Feedback from teachers and students directly shapes how Tissimo evolves.
How to Submit Feedback
- Log in to your Tissimo account.
- Navigate to the Help Center from the main menu.
- Click the round chat button in the bottom-right corner of the page, then choose Send us a message.
- Select the topic that best fits your feedback (for example Feature request or Other) and write your feedback in the description field.
- Click the send button.
What Kind of Feedback Can I Submit?
- Suggestions for improving existing features
- Ideas for new tools or functionality
- Positive experiences you'd like to share
- Concerns about how something works
