Request a Feature

Have an idea that would make Tissimo better for teachers or students? We actively review feature requests from our community and use them to guide our product roadmap.

How to Submit a Feature Request

1. Log in to your Tissimo account.
2. Navigate to the Help Center from the main menu.
3. Click the round chat button in the bottom-right corner of the page, then choose Send us a message.
4. Select the Feature request topic and describe your idea — what it is, why it would be useful, and who would benefit from it.
5. Click the send button.

What Happens Next

Our product team reviews all submitted requests. While we can't implement every suggestion, popular and well-described requests have a higher chance of making it onto our roadmap. You may be contacted for further input if we decide to pursue your idea.

Tips for a Good Feature Request

• Be specific — describe the exact problem you're trying to solve
• Explain the benefit for teachers, students, or both
• If possible, suggest how you'd like the feature to work
