Verifying Your Email Address

When you create a Tissimo account using an email address and password, you need to verify your email before you can access the full platform. Verification confirms that you own the email address and helps keep your account secure.

How Verification Works

  1. After you sign up, Tissimo sends a verification email to the address you provided.
  2. You are taken to a Verify Your Email screen with a message to check your inbox.
  3. Open the email and click the verification link.
  4. You are redirected to a confirmation page, and then to your Tissimo dashboard.

Students can also click Skip for now on the verification screen to continue to their dashboard and verify later.

Finding the Verification Email

Check your inbox for an email from Tissimo. If you do not see it within a few minutes:

  • Look in your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Check that you entered the correct email address during signup.
  • Make sure your inbox is not full.

Resending the Verification Email

If the email has not arrived or the link has expired, you can request a new one. On the verification screen, click the Resend button. A fresh verification email will be sent to your address with a new link.

Expired Verification Links

Verification links expire after a set period for security reasons. If you click an expired link, you will see a message indicating it is no longer valid. Simply go back to the verification screen and click Resend to get a new link.

After Verification

Once your email is verified, you have full access to Tissimo. You can set up your profile, browse teachers, book lessons, and use all platform features.

If you signed up with Google or another social provider, email verification is handled automatically and you can skip this step.
