Understanding Your Transaction History

Your transaction history is a complete record of all financial activity on your account. Every lesson earning, payout, and adjustment is logged here so you always have a clear picture of where your money is going.

What's Included

Your transaction history includes:

• Lesson earnings — The net amount you earned for each completed lesson, after Tissimo's service fee.
• Payouts — Every transfer you've made to your bank account, including the date and amount.
• Adjustments — Any credits or debits applied to your account (for example, refunds or corrections).

How to Access It

Your transaction history is available on your Finances page. Scroll down to the Transaction History section to see all entries, sorted from newest to oldest.

Reading Your Transactions

Each transaction entry shows:

• The date the transaction occurred
• A description (such as the student's name and lesson date, or "Bank payout")
• The amount, displayed as a positive number for earnings and a negative number for payouts or deductions
• Your running balance after each transaction

Earnings vs. Payouts

It's important to understand the difference:

• Earnings are added to your balance when a lesson is completed and the payment is processed.
• Payouts are deducted from your balance when you request a transfer to your bank.

Your current balance is the total of all earnings minus all payouts. You can request a payout at any time as long as your balance meets the minimum threshold.
