Setting Your Weekly Practice Goal
A weekly practice goal gives you a clear target to work toward and helps you build a consistent routine. You can set and adjust your goal from your student dashboard.
Where to Find the Goal Setting
- Go to your student dashboard.
- Find the Time spent practicing this week card and click the Practice goal value.
- Choose your target practice time in hours from the Weekly goal dropdown.
- Click Set practice goal.
How Progress Is Displayed
Once set, a progress bar appears on your student dashboard. It fills as you log practice sessions. Progress resets at the start of each week.
What Happens When You Reach Your Goal
When your logged time matches or exceeds your goal, the bar shows as complete. Extra practice beyond the goal is recorded normally.
How Goals Help
Even a modest goal — like 30 minutes a day — creates a measurable habit. Consistent practice leads to faster improvement your teacher will notice. Ask your teacher what weekly practice amount they recommend for your level. You can also add practice time manually if you forgot to log a session, and review your practice history to see trends over time.
