Reset your password

If you have forgotten your Tissimo password or want to create a new one, you can reset it from the login page in just a few steps.

Steps

1. Go to tissimo.co and click Log in.
2. Click the Forgot password? link.
3. Enter your registered email address (use Gmail if you signed up with Google).
4. Check your inbox for a reset email from Tissimo.
5. Click the reset link.
6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Change password.

Note: Check spam if you do not receive it. Reset links expire — repeat the steps to request a new one. If you signed up exclusively with a third-party provider such as Google, reset your password through that provider.
