Manage notifications

Customize your Tissimo push and email notification preferences from Settings > Notifications. Use the Push and Email tabs to control individual notification types, or use the master toggle to disable all at once.

Note: Transaction receipts and important security alerts cannot be turned off.

You can also review account-level preferences from the Settings home. For teachers, notification settings are available at Teacher Notifications settings. Learn more in the Notifications Feed article.

What You Can Control

• Lesson reminders — get notified before upcoming lessons on your Lessons page.
• Message alerts — stay informed when students or teachers send you a message. Manage message preferences in Controlling Who Can Message You.
• Lesson changes and lesson notes — get alerted when an existing lesson changes or when a teacher sends you new lesson notes.
• Marketing emails — opt in or out of tips, promotions, and platform updates.
