How to Cancel an Upcoming Lesson

If you need to cancel a lesson, you can do so directly from your Lessons dashboard. Cancellation policies may affect whether you receive a credit back, depending on how much notice you provide.

Steps to Cancel

1. Go to your Lessons dashboard.
2. Find the upcoming lesson you want to cancel.
3. Open the lesson details.
4. Click Cancel Lesson and confirm the cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed.

Cancellation Policy

Each teacher sets their own cancellation window. Whether you receive a credit back depends on how much notice you give:

• Cancelled within the teacher's notice window — you will receive a full credit back to your course balance.
• Cancelled outside the teacher's notice window (late cancellation) — the lesson may not be refunded. Check the teacher's policy for specifics.

Recurring Lessons

If You Cannot Make a Lesson

If you need to move a lesson rather than cancel it outright, consider rescheduling instead. Rescheduling lets you keep the lesson and choose a new time, subject to the teacher's availability and reschedule policy.
