Viewing Your Transaction History

Your transaction history shows every payment made through your Tissimo account — trial lesson purchases, course balance top-ups, automatic refills, and any refunds. This is useful for tracking your spending and reconciling charges on your bank statement.

How to Access Transaction History

1. Go to Settings > Transaction History.
2. Your transactions appear in two sections: Purchase history (payments made with your card) and Balance history (course credit activity such as lessons scheduled, cancellations, and transfers).
3. Each section shows the selected month, with the most recent transactions first.

What Each Transaction Shows

• Date — when the charge or credit was processed.
• Description — what the transaction was for (e.g., trial lesson, hours purchase, auto-refill).
• Amount — the amount charged or refunded.
• Status — whether the payment was successful.
• Course — which course or teacher the charge relates to.

Filtering Transactions

Use the month selector in each section to narrow down your history to a specific period. The Balance history section can also be filtered by course.

Viewing a Receipt

Click any transaction in the list to open the full receipt. The receipt shows the transaction details, the receipt number, the card charged, and the amount.

Transaction on Your Bank Statement

Each charge in your transaction history corresponds to an entry on your bank or card statement under Tissimo's name. If you see a charge you do not recognise, compare it with your transaction history to identify which lesson or top-up it relates to. If something still looks wrong, contact Tissimo support.
