Send File Attachments

Sometimes a lesson needs more than words. You can send files directly to students through Tissimo Messages — useful for sharing sheet music, backing tracks, practice worksheets, and more.

How to Send a File

1. Open the Messages page.
2. Select the conversation with the student you want to send a file to.
3. Click the plus (+) button in the message composer.
4. Select the file from your device.
5. Click Send.

File Size Limits

The maximum size for a single message attachment is 10 MB. If your file is larger than this, consider compressing it or sharing it via a cloud storage link in your message text.

Supported File Types

Common file types that work well include:

• PDFs (sheet music, worksheets)
• MP3 / WAV (backing tracks, recordings)
• Images (JPG, PNG)
