Edit Courses
You can update most course details at any time. Some fields are locked after creation to avoid confusing students who are already enrolled.
How to Edit a Course
- Go to Course Management.
- Find the course you want to edit and click its course card.
- Click the Edit button on the Course Detail page.
- Make your changes and save.
Fields You Can Edit
- Course description
- Lesson duration options (you can add new durations, but existing ones cannot be removed)
- Difficulty levels (you can add levels you are approved to teach, but cannot remove ones already offered)
- Tags
- Course image and color filter
- Course video link
Fields That Cannot Be Edited
The following fields are locked after a course is created:
- Course title
- Instrument or subject
- Hourly price
This restriction ensures that students who enrolled for a specific instrument are not surprised by a change to the course's fundamental subject matter.
Tip
If you need to change the instrument, title, or price for a course, archive the existing course and create a new one with the correct details.
